Attention!

Enthusiastic third year team seeks attentive and energetic coach for 2007 season. We have a lust for dragonboating, enjoy bi-weekly practices at Dragon Zone, and yearn for a challenging season on the water.

We're Red Fusion, the guys with the bright yellow and red jerseys. This was our first year with two practices a week and it was awesome. We saw and felt considerable improvements as the season progressed. Our team made bottom of Rec C at Alcan but by the end of the season, we were able to win our first medal.  We placed third in Division C at Taiwanese, competing against teams who use to leave us in their wakes.

Goal for next year: top of Rec B at Alcan.

(Tentative) Practice times: Thursdays at 7:30pm and Saturdays at 10:15am.

Our coach of the last two years has very competitive DB aspirations for next year so he cannot commit to the upcoming season. Since most of us have become addicted to the sport, we'd like a coach that shares the same passion and drive.

If you're interested, please PM or contact Linh at 778 772 3881. We'd love to carry on with the momentum and learning experiences of this year and your guidance would be greatly appreciated!

you should tell your former coach that he should come out to practices, as they will help his competitive goals.  Wink

Unfortunately, he can't come out to our practices because it's his limited time that is in the way.

Now who's down for coaching us?!

We're a great team with tons of potential!  Our potential already started to shine last season, and we know it will only get better from here as we become more and more experienced.  We'd like a coach who is eager to push us to our limits, while staying dedicated to our team and encouraging our love for the sport.  It's important that our coach knows we want to do well, win some hardware, and improve as the season progresses..of course, all while having a good time and keeping our heads up.

Main point here - our team's awesome so who wants to coach us?  Dance
