Just who were the Canadian National Junior Team?

I was a bit confused about who or how that team is structured, all I knew was that they were one of the crews coached by the Inspirational Hugh Fisher, the man with the magic touch.
Taken from a recent Coach's profile on Paddle's up.ca
Here it is, straight from the man himself:
Right now I'm coaching the Canadian Junior Dragon Boat Crew(Red), the Laoyam Teams(2 Junior (Eagles and Falcons), an adult mixed recreational team(The Bald Eagles) and our local Flatwater Kayak Club paddlers. The Canadian Junior Team is a transparent open concept team that means anybody who wants to try out can. Selection will be based on individual performance in time controls. Most of the kids have no paddling background outside of Dboat but many are really accomplished athletes in other sports like hockey, cross country skiing and basketball.
Our local high school is really small, just 220 kids but a 1/4 of them paddle in dragon boats, perhaps even more this year. The kids start in Grade 7. The novice team is called the Falcons. I don't stress training hard, just the acquisition of reasonable technique and timing and having a lot of fun. We have a really low drop out rate which I think is unique in school sports.
The Laoyam Eagles is made up of mostly kids on the Canadian Junior Team. The Eagles have won the Junior Division at the Alcan Festival for the last four years. They were the Team that represented Canada in Philadelphia and they were the team that won the Open (Recreational)division in Vancouver last year against the adult teams. This team is a joy to coach.
Our " Bald Eagles Team", new this year, is made up of some ex-eagles and some parents of current eagles. Coaching adults and coaching kids is quite a different process, one which I am really just learning, but we're having fun and making progress.
That team is made up of 18yr old or younger teenagers. Very impressive, if there was ever the perfect illustration of just how important paddling technique is, these guys are it.

If any one man can destroy them, it's you Loudmouth. I'll take pics and back you as necessary.

There must be some way to corrupt them, or get them to sell out.
They can't stick together forever.
Let's get the ideals rolling.
