Hi all,

I am looking to get my girlfriend (who also paddles w/ me) a capilene shirt from patagonia. However, they rate the thickness from 1-4, with 1 being the lightest/coolest. I was suggested Capilene1 by Patagonia for dragonboat use, but I was wondering what the rest of your thoughts were. Capilene2 looked like the best option, as in San Diego it doesn't get terribly hot or cold.

Oh, but I just realized that most of you are from Canada, so your notions of cold may be different htan mine.  Laughing No matter, any help is appreciated.

Thanks!

our club's outrigger shirts are fairly "thin" material, and i would assume them to be a "1".  i don't have a problem wearing them in most kinds of weather, from 5*C to 15*C.   haven't worn it in warmer weather than that, but warmer than that, i'm sure they're fine too.

Never give a match up halfway through. Never say that you do not feel up to it, that your condition is bad, and throw in the towel. Fight to the very end, always looking for your chance to break through.
