Check out the mop on boat 2's stroke seat.  Also, they don't need to wear PFD's, so you can actually see their colourful uniforms.

With a nurse like that for a drummer (in that particular position), I don't think any of the guys would have any trouble keep their eyes to the front. 8)

that's a little like what Victoria's racing conditions will be, except they use the millenium boats which sit higher up in the water.

it's not uncommon for boats to become swamped in those races.
