Or maybe just simply took photos of the posted results on the board before they were taken down? Easy enough to do no?  Cool

I noticed the race results were missing for places 1 and 2 for the Gold A finals.

First place was Destiny Dragons at 2:17:02 and second place was TD Lightning with 2:18:12

Great races over the weekend everyone!

Hey Krysee if you go back to page 2 of this topic you will see the listing of all the divisions with the winners. The only ones that were missing and actually left blank initially was for the Gold Division A final which did not mention the 1st and 2nd place finishers. Now it has been updated. Paddlebot posted it yesterday as the "unofficial results" of the Vic festival.

The results posted here also missed the Crystal division. The MS team won and they were ecstatic. They got a standing ovation as they collected their medals.

Crystal A
1. MS Wildplay Warriors 2:37.25
2. Abreast of Life 2:38.78
3. Sisters In Sync 2:39.46
4. Pink Piston Paddler 2:45.33

Crystal B
1. Dogwood Nothin' Seniors 2:40.43
2. LA Pink Dragons 2:41.03
3. 22 In Sync 2:42.82
4. Breast Friends 2:43.04

Final results are now on the website.

Well ... What can I say ...

Gorging once again proved why they did us so proud in Malaysia.  Even with half a team they were strong all weekend and paddled like true champions.

Edgewater Casino - you deserved the win.  You paddled hard all weekend and came to Sunday with the desire to win.  You paddled hard in Race 3 against us and then put it all together to win when it counted.

Navy ... something tells me that karma came back to bite me ... although I never said anything bad, only that I hadn't seen you paddle this year.  You deserved the bronze.  You were the better team in the finals.  You put it together and you should be very proud of your accomplishment.

Portland fire Dragons - way to battle in the finals and way to make it to the finals.

All teams called an early finish and all the teams deserve a round of applause.  SI Black gave everything it had.  You didn't get handed a medal ... you EARNED those medals.  To that we tip our hat in respect.

I'm gonna speak for the team and say we had an incredible time up north!  The Victoria race is always ran very well....our only hope is that they'll expand on the beer garden next year!!  See some of you in a couple of weeks on OUR water!  Very Happy
