Instructor -Cheryl SkribeCheryl Skribe has been paddling and steering for 30 years. A big part of her success in handling an outrigger canoe has come from the many different types of water craft Cheryl has paddled and the variety of water conditions she has exposed herself to. This experience has been invaluable in the success she has had on the water. Cheryl is a former 2-time World Dragon Boat champion, Na Wahine O Ke Kai champion, 4-time gold medalist and 4-time silver medalist at the World Sprint Outrigger Championships and Kona long distance champion. Cheryl believes that becoming a good steersperson is recognizing that every time you get on the water there is an opportunity to learn.
