CALLING all drummer’s, steers and coaches.!!!! Do you want to take your team to the next level, have them winmore races or be more consistent and competitive in their current division?Having a competent drummer will help your team do just that.
Susan Mott; 4 x Canadian National Team Drummer, FCRCC Premier Drummer and women’ssteers has taken her experience both on the National and International racingstage and put together a Drummer’s Clinic. Susan is a multinational and world champion. She has won gold and medal’d in every distance that she has drummed on both the Canadian National Team and with FCRCC Premier and Senior C teams.
It takes confidence, race knowledge and quick decision making to help your team achieve their goals. This course will break down the myth that a drummer is a figure head at the front of the boat. It takes 22 people to succeed in a race. You will take away the tools on:
-The basics of drumming
-Voice projection
-How to take command of the boat
-Writing a race plan
-Motivational strategies
-Race Strategies and tactics
-How to effectively have the coach use the drummer in practices and in races
