Hey guys, can you pass along my thank you to Jeff and Peter (the guys that jumped in and paddled with you in Kelowna) for the lift to the ferry terminal Sunday after the race.  My prearranged ride bailed on me and it would have meant not paddling in the final race of the last festival of the season and no paddler wants to do that!  Thanks for putting the word out to your team and helping me find a ride home!  BTW: Excellent last race guys! 

Hey Jeff/Peter if you guys are reading this - thanks a million!  If you are racing in Victoria (DB or outrigger) and need accommodations I have a guest room.  I don't mind returning the favour!
