How come the Alcan Dragon Boat Festival website is offline??  Did someone forget to renew the domain name?  Or was 2007 the last year for the Alcan festival?

no, update date just means that's when the information on the record was last updated.  Whoever has ownership of ADBF.com has it until July 31 2008 (and has since 2002).  they probably jsut need to figure out their hosting situation or DNS issues...
