Here's some useful information for dragonboat team members paddling out of FCRCC...

Here are a couple of updates from FCRCC:
 - it's raining on men... that's right the FCCC showers are open for business!
- the FCCC lounge has been reopened but please don't revert to bad habits
and hold your team meetings there
- FCCC is offering three free visits to their new gym (which includes new
paddling ergs), here's how:
http://www.falsecreekcc.ca/facservices/fitpas.htm
 - when tying up the dragon boats at Sea Village, ensure the boats are not
under the ramp
- FCRCC will be holding the first dragon boat sprint races in April
- the next pool session for learning huli drills and trying out flatwater
kayaks will be in April - If you want to take out the OLD OC1's (of which we are entitled to use once you've learned how) you need to attend a huli drill session (don't worry - it's in a pool)

I just checked out the link for the free three-day pass and you do not need to be a member of FCRCC to qualify.  It's open to everyone over the age of 19.

Never give a match up halfway through. Never say that you do not feel up to it, that your condition is bad, and throw in the towel. Fight to the very end, always looking for your chance to break through.
