Does anyone know if Bluestreak (or another moderator on this site) will be doing the point system updates following regattas and festivals this year? Or is that something that takes just waaaaaaaaay too much time and effort? I don't even know if that helped with the rankings for upcoming regattas/festivals or anything like that but it did cross my mind so that I should ask.

Hey Bernman,

I heard that they're working on a new system but have been bogged down with real life...

I've taken a crack at the standings for this year on my blog. You can check it out here. It does take a lot of time with all that data entry into Excel and all...

Thanks for the heads up. I never heard of that website. I now have it book marked. I am aware that it does take quite a bit of effort to keep something like that updated so thanks to all that do put the effort out! Thumbs up

Will the Bill Alley (Lotus Club) Regatta be included in these standings? Also what other events do you intend to rank from ?

Thanks for stepping up Thumbs up .. i`m sure the paddlers appreciate it , but some do not appreciate the work that goes into producing such a list
