12 teams made their way out to the UBC Boathouse in Richmond for the Rip up the River Festival.  Too bad there were so few teams as they made some of the changes that we felt needed to be made (eg. horn at the start and advancement based on placements).  It was a gorgeous day out there today.  Anyhow, the kilted ones had fun.  The results were:

A Final

1. Strathcona Youth Dragons

Challenge Race (Figure 8 race)

There was also a survivor race in which the winner was everybody.  No, I don't remember who crossed the line first.
